Orders placed through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or social media are considered confirmed only after payment confirmation or direct order confirmation from our team.
3. Pricing
All prices listed on the website are in INR and may change from time to time without prior notice. Final prices will be confirmed at the time of order.
4. Product Availability
As our food is freshly prepared, some items may be available only on pre-order or in limited quantities. In case an item is unavailable, we will inform you and suggest an alternative or issue a refund if applicable.
5. Custom Orders
Custom orders for hampers, catering, Jain food, bulk orders, or special occasions should be placed in advance. Final confirmation will depend on availability, menu, quantity, and delivery timeline.
6. Delivery
We aim to deliver orders within the committed time slot. However, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, festival rush, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers are requested to provide accurate delivery details.
7. Food Nature & Shelf Life
All products are freshly prepared. Since food items are perishable, customers are advised to consume them within the recommended time and store them properly, where applicable.
8. Dietary Preferences
We offer vegetarian and Jain food options. While we take care in preparation, customers should inform us in advance about any dietary restrictions, allergies, or specific instructions before placing the order.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logo, and designs, belongs to Dadi’s Hut and may not be copied or reused without permission.
10. Right to Refuse or Cancel

Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy
At Dadi’s Hut, we take great care in preparing and packing every order. As our products are freshly made and perishable, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of food items, sweets, travel meals, and hampers, returns are not accepted after delivery.
2. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only within a limited time after placing the order and before preparation has started.
- Regular orders: Cancellation requests must be made as early as possible.
- Custom, festive, hamper, or catering orders: Once confirmed, these may not be eligible for cancellation.
If preparation has already started, cancellation may not be possible.
3. Refunds
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- Order was not delivered
- Wrong item was delivered
- Product arrived damaged due to delivery issues
- Duplicate payment was made
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Replacement
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with:
- Your order details
- Clear photos of the item
- A brief explanation of the issue
After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be applicable in cases where:
- Customer provided incorrect address or contact number
- Delivery was delayed due to customer unavailability
- Taste preference differs after successful delivery
- Product was not stored or handled properly after delivery
